Anne’s role with the Lily House board serves as a capstone to her long career in fundraising and philanthropy for a variety of Boston-based institutions, in the arts, healthcare, and education, including the Museum of Fine Arts and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In 2018, she moved to the Outer Cape with her partner, Amy, which intensified her appreciation for this beautiful landscape, place, and community. The mission of the Lily House resonates with Anne’s belief that we all deserve a good life and a good death. As she gains insight into the logistics and nuances of death and dying, Anne contributes her experience in fundraising to ensure that the vision of the Lily House becomes an established and sustained reality.
