Joan had a long and rewarding career as a Marriage and Family Therapist, both at counseling agencies and in private practice. As a hospice volunteer, she has had the privilege of being with many individuals, and their loved ones, during their end-of-life transition. She has also provided end-of-life support and guidance for clients and family members. Joan lives from a place of openness and love and brings to the Lily House many years of experience assisting others on their life’s journey. Joan moved to Wellfleet twenty years ago where she loves to spend time walking in the woods with her dog, swimming in the Ponds, and camping at Nickerson State Park.
