Kathleen Nagle began her professional career as an account executive for Nine West Group (in the shoe industry). Over her 12-year career, she advanced to overseeing all domestic retail stores. In 2000, she moved to Wellfleet and spent a few years focused on community volunteering while transitioning from a corporate job to her new life as a Fleetian. She worked with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The Fresh Air Fund, The Mustard Seed Kitchen, and Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, where she served two terms as Board Director, was an integral member of the land acquisition team, and served as a family partner for new Habitat homeowners. In 2005, she obtained her real estate license and began a 20-year career as a Realtor for Kinlin Grover. Her biggest celebrations were when she successfully helped young people and families struggling to buy a home. Kathleen currently serves as a trustee and the treasurer for the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust. Helping provide affordable housing for her community has always been close to her heart. She is happy to now serve as a Board Director for the Lily House, contributing to works of kindness and goodness that make a positive impact on her local community.
