Sharon Callahan

Board Member

Sharon Callahan is a transformative leader with decades of experience in healthcare communications, known for driving innovation and growth in complex, highly regulated environments. She is the former CEO of TBWA\WorldHealth and Chief Client Officer at Omnicom Health Group. She has also worked as an Independent Director for a SaaS startup and as a Director at Vertical Health. As a certified executive coach through Columbia University, Sharon leads with purpose and is passionate about helping leadership teams grow with clarity, focus, and humanity. She’s served as Chair of the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and Deputy Chair of the GLAAD Board, pushing for representation and justice at every table she joins. Sharon currently serves as Co-chair of the Programs and Partnerships Committee of the Private Directors Association and is a Trustee of Wheaton College (MA), her alma mater. A full-time Provincetown resident, proud mother of four children, and deeply invested in the well-being of her local communities, Sharon is honored to serve as a Board Director for the Lily House, whose mission aligns with her personal values of dignity, service, and human connection. She sees Lily House as a model for how we can care for each other with grace and compassion.
